You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Pensly uses phone number verification to authenticate users.
Challenges and Pensly Plus are paid features processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are final — no refunds after a challenge begins or a subscription period starts. Gift codes are single-use and non-transferable.
You agree not to use Pensly for harassment, abuse, or any illegal activity. Accounts violating these terms may be terminated without notice.
All content, design, and code in Pensly is owned by Pensly. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the app.
Pensly is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
