By using Pensly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Pensly is provided by Mohamed Hesham Ahmed, Milan, Italy ("we", "us").
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pensly. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Pensly uses phone number verification to authenticate users. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Privacy → Delete Account.
A Sync Challenge is a one-time purchase that starts one 30-day challenge for two people. After purchase you receive a gift code to share; the other person redeems it to join your challenge. Gift codes are single-use and non-transferable. Each challenge is used up when it ends, and a new challenge can be purchased at any time.
Pensly Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, available as a monthly or an annual plan. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you subscribe.
All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
You agree not to use Pensly for harassment, abuse, spam, impersonating others, sending objectionable content, or any illegal activity. Pensly has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can block and report anyone from their profile in the app. We review every report within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content, design and code in Pensly are owned by us. You may not copy, modify or redistribute any part of the app.
Pensly is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If you downloaded Pensly from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive one-time verification code messages from Pensly. Message frequency varies based on your login activity — typically one message per sign-in attempt. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance. For support, contact support@pensly.app.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Pensly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
