We collect your phone number for authentication, your display name if provided, push notification token for notifications, and timezone for scheduling reminders.
Your phone number is used only for login verification. Challenge and nudge data is used to provide the app experience. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers with industry-standard encryption for all data transmission.
When you send a nudge, the recipient will see the mood or message you selected along with when it was sent and its delivery status. Nudges are private between you and the recipient — they are never shared publicly or with any third party.
We send push notifications for nudges, challenge updates, and daily reminders. You can disable these at any time in the Notifications settings.
To find friends on Pensly, we check your phone contacts against our user database. Only phone numbers are checked — contact names are never stored on our servers.
You can request account deletion by contacting our support team via the Contact Us section in the app. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Pensly is not intended for users under 12 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from young children.
